This work is the chibiest of all your works and I love it for that! :heart:

The main highlight is the hair - absolutely beautiful! Especially since the hairsplit looks so simplistic~

Only thing I sort of miss is that you didn't draw any legs and just stopped at the skirt.

from what i remember >it's old< i drew them at first hehe :3
but the result didn't satisfy me so i removed them :D
